Rebecca A. Braitling, a co-founder of InspiraWork LLC, is passionate about partnering with her team and her clients to create strong employment policies, practices, and processes that will improve organizational and individual effectiveness, increase operational efficiency, and mitigate legal risk.

Prior to founding InspiraWork, Rebecca practiced employment law for Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., and then specialized in employee relations at companies including UBS Financial Services, Chubb Insurance and Novartis. Rebecca utilized her strengths as an advisor and creative problem solver to fulfill her purpose of helping employers create engaging, professional and productive work environments. Rebecca has extensive experience conducting legally-defensible workplace investigations, creating fair and effective HR policies and practices, developing business solutions that increase employee engagement, providing executive coaching and training on HR best practices, and maximizing the talent of others through trust, empowerment and accountability. Rebecca is an authentic and collaborative business partner who has the confidence and capability to challenge the status quo and inspire her clients to embrace solutions that will enable both their organization and their employees to thrive together.

Rebecca received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. with a double major in Sociology and Behavioral Sciences & Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following law school, Rebecca clerked for Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. of the New Jersey Supreme Court and Judge David S. Baime of the New Jersey Appellate Division. Outside of work, Rebecca contributes to her community by being kind, teaching good values to her two sons, participating in various charitable events to raise money to end cancer, and mentoring students through non-profit programs.
