Meet Our Team

Rebecca Braitling

Rebecca Braitling is a Founding Partner of InspiraWork™ LLC. As a former employment lawyer and Employee Relations Manager, Rebecca understands the damage that can result to individuals, businesses and societies when organizations don’t invest in developing good leaders and positive work environments. That’s why Rebecca is passionate about helping her clients create workplace cultures that promote trust, empowerment and accountability.  Through counseling and coaching, Rebecca works closely with her clients to enhance the effectiveness of their leaders, foster productive, professional relationships, and uncover practical solutions that align the needs of the business and its people. Prior to InspiraWork™, Rebecca served as Vice President, Employee Relations Manager at Chubb Insurance, Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Manager at UBS Financial Services, and Employment Law Attorney at Ogletree Deakins and Connell Foley. She also had the honor of clerking for the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division. Rebecca earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. in Sociology and Behavioral Sciences & Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also attended the Women’s Leadership Institute at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management as well as Chubb Business School, and is a certified coach in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Rebecca puts her heart into her work because she dreams of a kinder, more collaborative world and believes she is accountable for contributing to that change. Sue Covelli-Buntley

Sue Covelli-Buntley is a founding partner of InspiraWork™ LLC. She is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations develop the capability and inspiration to collectively thrive in a future that is wildly unknown. Because of her belief in a better world, she founded InspiraWork with two partners, Rebecca Braitling and Poyee Chiu, to help people become more aware of their strength, embrace change and lay the groundwork for a better future. Just prior to InpsiraWork, Sue served as the Global Talent Development Manager at Chubb Insurance where she designed progressive initiatives that moved business, leaders and careers forward. Her background also includes serving as an HR Generalist for Chubb Insurance as well as extensive experience on the business side with Underwriting, Operations and Marketing at Prudential Insurance. Sue has her B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign Urbana, an M.B.A from DePaul University in Chicago and attended an executive program at Smith College. Her current energy is directed toward the power of change, positive psychology and the future of leadership. Sue has a large family that keeps her inspired every day and also loves to volunteer with community organizations such as Dive In, WING, Girls on the Run, Operation Hope and IICF.  She has numerous designations and certifications including CPCU, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and Trust Edge. Poyee Chiu

Poyee Chiu, a Founding Partner of InspiraWork™ LLC, aims to bring about positive and transformational changes in the workplace. Together with her fellow InspiraWorkers, she helps companies build and deploy strategies that drive leader development, build business critical experiences, and energize the workplace with creativity, purpose and inspiration. Through her past experience working with Chubb, AllianceBernstein and Johnson & Johnson, she has solidified her background in succession and talent management, organizational development, leadership program design, implementation and evaluation, career management, leadership coaching and employee engagement. Poyee completed her Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Mathematics and Psychology and a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from City University of New York, Brooklyn College. She received her Doctor of Psychology degree in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers, Graduate School of Applied & Professional Psychology. LinkedIn Profile

Vincent Colantuoni

Vincent Colantuoni is the Client and Community Experience Specialist at InspiraWork™ LLC. He has always found motivation in creating meaningful experiences and interactions in the lives of those around him and hopes to empower them to do the same for others. He excels at coaching others to believe in their own capabilities and to achieve their goals. At InspiraWork™, he works with the team to create tailor-made programs for clients to assist them and their organizations in achieving their highest potential.

Vinny graduated from Rowan University with dual B.A. degrees in Communication Studies as well as Philosophy and Religious Studies. During his time at Rowan, Vinny held several leadership roles, including Orientation Leader in the Office of Orientation and Student Leadership Programs, Resident Assistant, and Student Event Director. These positions in student leadership developed Vinny’s mindset and taught him first hand that any interaction, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem at the time, can truly create monumental impacts in the lives of those involved. He holds this principle in the work he performs in hopes to touch as many lives as possible for the better.

Judy Sammarco

Judy Sammarco is Managing Director of InspiraWork™ LLC. With over 25+ years of Human Resources experience aligning people and business strategies in large, global organizations, Judy is passionate about using exceptional Human Resources and leadership practices to drive and influence positive business outcomes.  Areas of expertise include serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, designing and executing on large scale transformation, and developing and implementing global talent and change management strategies.

Judy joined InspiraWork™ in August 2017. Together with her fellow InspiraWorkers, she helps companies facilitate positive change by conducting culture studies that provide actionable data to improve the health of an organization and providing learning programs and coaching that develop the mindset and capabilities leaders need to work better together.

Prior to joining InspiraWork™, Judy was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Chubb Insurance for Chubb Commercial, Chubb Specialty and Information Technology Divisions where she developed and led the strategic Human Resources agenda for over 3000+ global employees.  Prior to that, she was Vice President for Worldwide Claims and Finance where she led a team of 11 HR professionals responsible for implementing and integrating Human Resources policies and practices across Claims and Finance. Judy was also a member of the Human Resources Policy Institute, a member of the Catalyst and New Jersey Achievement steering committees and served as senior advisor for the Claim Diversity Council. Before joining Chubb, Judy held progressively responsible roles in Human Resources in the healthcare and casino industries.  Judy completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in business from West Chester University, Master of Education in Human Resources Training and Development from Seton Hall University, and the Smith College Consortium Executive Leadership Program.

When not collaborating with her colleagues, Judy enjoys reading and staying active with her family and dog, including running, traveling, boating and spending time at the beach.
